Beer Limit

I wasn't sure what to make of this sign. On the one hand, it seems to suggest that there is a limit of 30 beers per hour, which should seem reasonable to most people, I hope. Then, in small text on the right, it says 'or more' which kind of negates the whole thing. In any case, the takeaway here is that in Mexico, getting drunk is not that difficult. I recall this from previous visits.
